Delivery & returns


Delivery time is between 2-5 working days. As a starting company, we won't be able to offer next day delivery (yet). As we grow, we will continue to improve our delivery service.

We will send you an order confirmation email automatically after an order is placed. 

  • We only ship to European countries.
  • FREE SHIPPING to NL on all orders above € 70.
  • For orders in the rest of Europe, we charge one flat fee. The exact price will be calculated.


    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    We will be responsible for shipping costs and product refunds that those products that meet the following conditions:

    • Products with manufacturing defects that make it impossible to use (does not include defects in measurements, color or differences in patterns of pattern designs)
    • That the product received is totally different from the order.
    • The size sent is not the same as the requested one

    The buyer is responsible for a return and exchanges, if:

    • The product does not meet customer expectations.
    • The selected size does not fit the customer's measurements
    • Customer simply want a change for another product or return it.

    To process a return:

    1. Contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    2. Write our return shipping address on the parcel.

    3. Send the parcel, using your choice of carrier. You will be responsible for the items until they have arrived at our warehouse. We therefore strongly recommend you to keep the proof of postage as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.

      Damages and issues
      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

      The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
