Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (Herroepingsrecht)

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the item(s).

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect (see below).

We will refund you using the same payment method you used at checkout. Refunds may be processed once we have received the returned items or proof of shipment.

You can also use the EU Model Withdrawal Form if you prefer, although it is not mandatory.

2. Returns & Exchanges (Our Store Policy)

In addition to your legal right to cancel, we accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

We cover return shipping costs and refund you when:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect (excluding design or pattern differences).
  • You received a completely different item than you ordered.
  • The wrong size was sent.

You are responsible for return shipping costs if:

  • You ordered the wrong size.
  • The item does not meet your expectations.
  • You simply want to change or return the item after the withdrawal period.

Notes

  • We do not accept returns of used or worn items, except if they are faulty.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • Refunds will be made automatically to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
