Okio accepts the following payment types: Ideal, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, Apple pay, Google pay and PayPal. If your preferred method is not listed above then please contact us at help@okio.store.

If you need to amend any details (such as delivery address) please contact us immediately on help@okio.store as once an order has been shipped they cannot be cancelled or amended.

You can track the status of your orders in your Okio account. You will also be sent an order confirmation email with your tracking number.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
